Custom-Code reflashes your ECU using our specialised hardware and software systems. Our serial port programming tools allow us to re-program your ECU without having to solder the EPROM chip, in fact without even opening your bonnet! Our reflash system plugs directly into the on-board diagnostics port (OBD) and will reflash most ECU types. If your car is non-OBDII compliant and unflashable, we can of course install a Custom-Code Chip.

Custom-Code Overview and Pricing Structure

We have designed Custom-Code around three main products which we have called Phase One, Phase Two and Phase Three.

Phase One is the best generic remap available for your vehicle. It has been designed to work on standard and lightly modified vehicles to give an impressive increase in power and drivability, taking into consideration fuel economy, smoothness and boost levels (if applicable). Diesel Phase One remaps are switchable between a true factory standard program and a chioce of up to two modified programs. Petrol Phase One remaps can be adjusted for timing, boost and fuel to name just a few parameters, using our Custom Settings Software.

Phase Two builds on the success of the Phase One remap taking into consideration all the costly modifications such as Hybrid Turbos, FMICs, downpipes, exhausts and induction kits etc. This allows us to obtain the best possible power from your engine, also allowing you the opportunity to tailor your driving experience by telling us exactly how you like your car to behave and how you wish the increased power to be delivered.

Phase Three is true next generation code for your vehicle. This option caters for the extreme enthusiast who demands nothing but perfection from their highly modified vehicle. Big Turbo upgrades, Superchargers, Cubic Capacity increases and Nitrous Oxide are just some of the modifications that can be coded for.

As with all of Custom-Code’s products the Phase One remap is installed via the OBD-II interface making it a true Serial Port remap. Of course, if your car is non OBD-II compliant, a Custom-Code Chip can be installed at no extra cost.

Phase Two offers drivers seeking the best from their existing modifications a chance to tailor their driving experience with our totally customised remap service.

Owners of vehicles with Cold Air Intakes, Sports Exhaust Systems, Sports Cats, Nitrous Oxide, Water Injection, Aftermarket Cams or Hybrid Turbos should use this service.

You as a customer can help determine various factors such as Power Delivery, RPM Limits and General Driver Requests.

Mapping can take between 1 and 1.5 days due to the totally customised nature of the map, however if we have already tuned an ECU of the same type with the same engine modifications, expect mapping to be completed in half the time.

Phase Three – The Ultimate Custom Remap

From £650 plus VAT (Price on Application)
If you have a Big Turbo Upgrade, After-Market Supercharger, or other major engine modifications, this is the map for you.

Phase Three:

Mapping can take a few days, but the end result will be like nothing else available in the world today.

Again, as with the Phase Two Remap, if we have mapped an ECU of the same type, with the same engine modifications, development time can be cut drastically.

Upgrade Path
Custom Code believes in rewarding customer loyalty, so we offer a unique upgrade program:

If you have bought a Phase One Remap, you can upgrade to Phase Two (on the same vehicle) at any time and recieve a 40% discount.

Likewise, any customer who has purchased a Phase Two Remap can upgrade to Phase Three (on the same vehicle) and receive a 33% discount.
