Project Cars
Here are just some of the personal project cars we have built over the years:
- Audi S3 - TTRS 5 Cylinder
Starting with a standard S3, we removed the stock 1.8 turbo and fitted it with the new TTRS 5 cylinder engine. Having rebuilt it with forged internals, an uprated clutch, a Garrett GT3582r and a selection of custom parts.
We started tuning and quickly saw milestone after milestone broken, 400bhp, 500bhp, 550bhp all came about with relitive ease. We then pushed onto 600bhp, 650bhp and then onto a monsterous 700 BHP.
Along with the massive upgrade in power we also fitted this car with our Full 3" S3 exhaust system, brembo brake upgrades, bilstein suspension and a Wagner Tuning full size front mount intercooler.

Audi S3 - 3.2 Turbo
- 3.2 engine - blue printed engine with forged internals including uprated big end shells.
- Shrick forced induction cams with short runner manifold and custom pipework.
- Turbo: Garrett GT3582r ball bearing with 1.06 exhaust housing.
- 3" Stainless exhaust with external wastegate and v-band fittings.
- Uprated 6 speed manual gearbox with Clutch-masters fx400 6 puck clutch.
- Large front mount intercooler with custom pipework.
- Custom management system with high res display running with Bosch Motorsport 1200cc injectors & lambda control.
- Fully adjustable Koni coilover suspension and
- Vibra-tech engine mounts.
- 6 Pot Brembo brake conversion with 9 x 18" rota G-force alloys with Continental tyres.

- Mk2 Golf G60 - 2.0 TFSi
Using an Audi S3 (CDL) TFSi engine backed up with a Garrett GT2860rs Turbo we built one of the 1st cars with this conversion and have proved that it can be done reliably and has the potential for big power.
Running this setup we took the title "Fastest Car in Class 2010 - Road Legal Mk2 Golf" at GTI International and only lost out by 0.01 seconds in 2011 trying to retain it. With a little more tweeking we are looking to be back on top in 2012.
- BMW E46 M3 - Supercharged
What could make the already superb E46 M3 even better, well developing a 480Bhp supercharger conversion capable of 200mph did it for us.

- Mk2 Golf G60 - R32 Twin Supercharged
Built to prove that it can be done, a TWIN supercharged R32 Mk2 golf pushing out over 580bhp makes a true animal out of any .
- Mk2 Rallye - 2.0 20v Supercharged

GOLF+ cover car in April 2007, our 400bhp 4 wheel drive Rallye was a real animal.

1984cc (BPY) Audi A3 T-FSI bottom end built with 10.3:1 comp ratio forged pistons, JR induction filter, hybrid Storm / Rotrex C30/94 supercharger running 2bar pulley;
Independent charger oil feed, standard 20VT small-port cylinder head, custom head gasket and bolts, 440cc ‘green top’ injectors, Walbro external fuel pump, Aquamist methanol and water inlet manifold spray, Nissan Sunny GTI-R FM intercooler, 20v normally aspirated exhaust manifold, Emerald M3DK fully mappable ECU, four-pin coilpacks, Pipewerx 2.5in Rallye exhaust system, lightened G60 flywheel, Syncro four-wheel-drive system, 02a 5-speed gearbox giving out 400bhp, 280lb/ft torque
CHASSIS:
KW Variant III adjustable coilover suspension, 310mm Hi Spec front brake discs with four-piston calipers.
WHEELS:
8.5in and 9.5x17in triple-chromed 5x120 BBS three-piece split rims with custom Storm adaptors and 195/40 and 215/35 ContiSport Contact 2 tyres
STYLING:
Pearl Blue blended front splitter, de-locked and de-handled all over; side strips removed, HID Xenon light conversion, de-badged and flushed tailgate, wiper removed, rear numberplate relocated
INTERIOR: Full black Nappa leather Recaros, MOMO wheel
